What's your refund policy?+
7-day no-questions-asked refund on every paid plan, including annual. Email refunds@gokiy.com with the email you signed up with — money back within 2 business days, no exit interview.
Can I switch plans?+
Yes — switch up or down any time from Settings → Billing. Upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate the remaining time on your old plan toward the new one. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle so you don't lose what you already paid for.
Do you support team billing?+
Pro includes 3 seats and Business includes 10. Add seats from Settings → Team for $12/seat/month on Pro or $9/seat/month on Business. Single sign-on (Google, Okta, custom SAML) is included on Business and Enterprise plans.
Do you invoice annually for Enterprise?+
Yes. Enterprise plans bill annually by invoice with NET-30 terms via ACH or wire transfer. We support custom DPAs, SOC 2 documentation, vendor security reviews, and procurement portals (Coupa, Ariba, etc.).
Why we charge more than free tools
We don't compete with free tools — we replace freelancers. Raphael, Midjourney's basic plan, and DALL·E free tiers exist to monetize through enterprise upsells; they're optimized for casual experimentation. Gokiy is optimized for the next 30 product photos you have to ship by Friday. Workflow presets, full commercial licensing, batch generation, no watermark, and 4-megapixel print-grade output cost real money to operate. Pricing reflects what the work is worth, not what a hobby tool can give away to chase signups.
